We are pleased to be building a brand new self storage facility on Westshore Parkway and Sooke Road intersection.  The City of Langford is well located at the center of the "Western Communities," it is rapidly growing and located within Greater Victoria.  We are excited to be part of this growing community and to service the surrounding communities; Langford, Sooke, Metchosin, Colwood, View Royal and Highlands.

When completed Elite Self Storage Langford will be an irregular shaped, contemporary two storey building with a footprint measurement of 25,610 square feet.   

The main floor storage area will provide 239 storage units.  There will be three 8x10 foot overhead doors to access the storage area.  The main floor of the storage facility has 1250 square feet of space for anyone interested in leasing space for a coffee shop.   This is a prime location on Westshore Parkway with tremendous visibility from Sooke Road.  This space also has a garden door providing access to a concrete covered patio with abundant parking.

At the southeast corner of the building is a 240 square foot vestibule that provides access to the main floor storage area as well as the second floor area.  From the stairs in the vestibule is a covered walkway which runs along the buildings east and north elevations.  The second floor area also has three 8x10 foot overhead doors to provide access to the storage area.   You will also find on the second floor, the rental office, three executive offices and a boardroom.  The storage area on the second floor consists of 220 storage units.

Construction started on November 14, 2019 and by day 10 the second floor walls were already going up.  The entire structure was up by day 25!  Day 31 the roofers started on the roof.  Very exciting to see the fast progress!
