However, when using email or wireless communication, Elite advises customers that complete confidentiality and security are not assured. We are not accountable for any damages suffered when a customer transmits personal information through email or wireless communication or when Elite transmits information at the request of a customer.
We collect and use personal information in order to establish your identity, protect you and us from fraud or error, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Elite respects your right to privacy and will not sell or share any personal information you provide us with any third party unless we have first obtained your consent.

If you have an online account with us, you can update your information by accessing your account directly. You may also update or amend your information by contacting Elite.
We will keep your information for only as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
When we destroy your personal information, we will use appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information during the process.
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Elite Self Storage or a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop the illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the even of bankruptcy.
This policy also incorporates all terms and conditions in our Rental Agreement.
